POLARSPA is the official manufacturer of composite tubs. TM POLARSPA tubs are installed in modern SPA complexes, at the terraces of country houses and manor houses.

The manufacturing place of POLARSPA is located in Canakkale, in a new large building furnish with state-of-the-art European equipment for manufacture of tubs.

Every POLARSPA tub is a solid piece of work of a big team of professionals. The designers are responsible for aesthetic appearance of tubs. The engineers calculate thoroughly every centimeter of the design, so that it is reliable and durable.

Manufacture of composite inserts and assembly of tubs are carried out by the specialists trained by us.

We manufacture stoves for fast water heating – all of them are made of high-quality stainless steel. Just like tubs, the stoves are an exclusive product of POLARSPA and are unique on the market.

Moreover, we have our own well-equipped sewing shop for manufacture of thermal covers and protection tents for tubs.

MANUFACTURING STAGE

1 1. Preparation of main acessories

We prepare a composite insert, a metal frame, a stove, thermally modified wood, nozzles and other accessories used by our specialists to assembly a perfect spa tub. Then we assemble the metal frame which is the basis for our future tub. After frame installation, we install the stove with the body made of high-quality stainless steel;

2 2. Metal frame finishing with thermally modified wood

The frame is covered with thermally modified wood. We use ecological thermo pine and thermo ash in manufacture of spa tubs. All the wood is steamed only. We do not use any chemical agents or impregnation compounds;

3 3. Installation and fastening of a composite insert

The composite insert is installed in the metal frame covered with thermally modified wood. The water is pumped into the tub pot using stainless steel nozzles. We install aeromassage and chromotherapy systems upon customer's request. Chromotherapy consists of one lamp changing colors. Aeromassage system consists of nozzles installed on the bottom of the composite insert. Both systems are controlled using console on the board;

4 4. Nozzle connection and adjustment

We ensure that the nozzles and all tub functions are connected and work perfectly. We pay special attention to aesthetic appearance of a tub, therefore, the utilities are hidden inside and are invisible. Access to them is available via a special hidden door;

5 5. Coating thermally modified wood with protective compound

In order to protect thermally modified wood from moisture and overdrying, it is treated with special finishing oil for garden furniture Pflege-Öl manufactured by Remmers. This coating is environmentally friendly and absolutely safe coating and is used even for treatment of wooden toys for children;

6 6. Scope of supply and packaging

We supply the tub with all the necessary accessories. The assembly is securely packaged using polyethylene foam and spunbond shipping cover. This guarantee that your tub arrives safely!

Materials

COMPOSITE

Modern multicomponent material with unique properties. It withstands temperatures up to 60 °C and emits no toxic substances when heated. It is resistant to deformations and fractures and is absolutely resistant to corrosion. Composite inserts are smooth and weld-free. We use gelcoat manufactured by BUFA (Germany) as protective coating. It protects the tub from ultraviolet light and chemical agents and adds beautiful natural luster to the pot.

THERMALLY MODIFIED WOOD

We use durable thermo pine and thermo ash for exterior finish. Thermally modified wood is treated with heat and steam only – no chemicals! After such environmentally friendly treatment, the boards change their molecular composition and take unique features. The wood becomes stronger, decay-resistant, mold-resistant, perfectly preserves its shape and always looks nobly.
